Privacy Policy in Social Networks

1. User Information

Who is the controller of your personal data?
ANTHONY SPENCER ROSE, hereinafter the CONTROLLER, informs the USER that a profile has been created on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo and Google+.
The CONTROLLER is responsible for processing the personal data of the USER on these social networks and informs him/her that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
The following information is provided regarding the processing:

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Processing purposes: maintaining a relationship between the USER and the CONTROLLER which may include the following operations:

  • Processing requests and queries made to the CONTROLLER

  • Reporting on activities and events organised by the CONTROLLER

  • Informing about products or services offered by the CONTROLLER

  • Interacting through official profiles

Why can we process your personal data?

Legal basis: Article 6.1.a GDPR – the USER has given consent for one or more specific purposes.
The USER has a profile in the same social network and has decided to follow or connect with the CONTROLLER’s profile, showing interest in the information published. At the moment the USER requests to follow our official profiles, consent is granted for the processing of the personal data published in their profile.

The USER may access at any time the privacy policies of each social network and configure his/her profile to guarantee privacy.

The CONTROLLER has access to and processes the USER’s public information, especially the contact name. These data are used exclusively within the social network and will only be incorporated into the CONTROLLER’s internal files when necessary to process a USER request.

For how long will we keep your personal data?

Data retention criteria: Data will be kept as long as the USER does not withdraw the consent granted, as established in this privacy policy.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

Information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER’s social networks may be published depending on the services used, making it publicly available to other users of the social network.

From the profile of each social network, the USER can configure what information to make public, review permissions granted, delete permissions, or deactivate third-party applications.

No communication of personal data outside the social network is foreseen except where necessary to fulfil the purposes of the processing, and only to service providers with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the required confidentiality and data processor agreements.

What are your rights?

The USER may exercise rights only regarding information under the control of the CONTROLLER:

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time

  • Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data

  • Right to restrict or object to processing

  • Right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD – www.aepd.es)

2. Use of the Profile

The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:

  • Access public information from the USER’s profile

  • Publish on the USER’S profile information already published on the CONTROLLER’s social network

  • Send personal and individual messages through the social network

  • Publish updates on the CONTROLLER’S page that may appear on the USER’s profile

The USER may at any time control their connections, delete content that is no longer of interest, and configure with whom they share information by accessing their privacy settings.

3. Publications

Once the USER follows or joins the CONTROLLER’s social network, they may publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other multimedia content supported by the platform.
The USER must always:

  • Own the rights to the content

  • Have the copyright or intellectual property rights

  • Have consent from any affected third party

Any publication that violates morals, ethics, good conduct, or infringes intellectual property rights, the right to image, or the law is strictly prohibited.

The CONTROLLER reserves the right to remove such content immediately and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.

The CONTROLLER is not responsible for content freely posted by the USER.

The USER must remember that their publications are visible to other users, and they are primarily responsible for their own privacy.

Images published on the social network are not stored by the CONTROLLER but remain on the social network.

4. Data on Minors or People with Special Needs

Access and registration to the CONTROLLER’s social networks is prohibited for minors under 14 years of age.
If the USER is legally incapacitated, the involvement of a person with legal authority, guardianship or representation is required, supported by proper documentation.

The CONTROLLER is exempt from liability arising from the use of social networks by minors or legally incapacitated persons.
The CONTROLLER does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If the USER is a minor, they must not register, use the CONTROLLER’s social networks, or provide any personal information.
