The image below shows the results for a client of mine who is an English teacher and is positioned first on Google both in maps and also in the natural search results.

• They are normally located at the top of the page above the normal results and so they get more clicks
• They provide a direct link to your business is on the map
• Your business name, address and phone number are next to the result (more phone calls)
• People can see a link to the reviews and also your review ranking
